The story of the Chimezie's Family
On the 22nd of February as we were going about our normal daily activities, a Twitter post was made requesting for our help for the Chimezie's Family in Ibadan. Mr Chimezie was involved in an accident that left him with a broken leg. Immediately, a representative traveled to Ibadan to see to the case. The total sum of ₦150,000 was required to fix the leg.
Stillirise foundation came through and paid all the bills. An extra sum of ₦40,000 was given to the family for upkeep. Today the man is able to work again and they are happy and grateful.
In anticipation of her baby, Mrs Josephine reached out to the foundation to assist in the purchasing of her baby's items. She was excited when her request was granted.
Baby Micheal, a 7month is baby was diagnosed of Cerebral edema and needed to be operated on immediately as his head was getting bigger and his sight was gradually getting affected.
They needed over 400k to do the surgery and get drugs. A neighbor of theirs reached out to the foundation and with the help of @AmbWorlu we were able to help with the bills.
He has since been successfully operated on and is recovering gradually.
Mrs Zulfah wanted to stock up her little kiosk , but she had no money.. then using the cyber cafe she reached out to the foundation.. And she was surprised with funds the sum of #50,000 to continue her business
