Following the activities of the first week of November and the pending cases to be resolved, the second week of was quite eventful for team members as there were lots of in-house activities and project planning.
Christmas is around the corner and the team alongside volunteers in Ibadan has been busy trying to get every thing ready for the project.
A pending case that has been undergoing scrutiny has finally been resolved and closed. This was a case of a young lady with accommodation issues. She needed a better and safe place to stay and wrote to the foundation for help. The sum of N165,000 was spent on the rent of the lady and she was absolutely grateful.
Another N80,000 was spent on a beneficiary’s case regarding house rent and school fees. This was from a student in the higher institution that couldn’t afford to complete his fees and accommodation. Still on education, another N45,000 was disbursed for school fees payment.
