The activities of the week spiraled in the same speed as the week itself.
Various cases were sent to our mail requesting for help and we were able to tend to a few.
Amongst the cases are health cases, rent payment, and school fees.
On rent cases, the sum of ₦50,000 was disbursed to a family who was already served a quit notice because they constantly default in paying their rents. The cases was brought to the foundation by the son of the family and the father was most grateful for that act of kindness.
One important part of the foundations framework is health cases. Health is wealth and we do not take lightly to health cases. Regarding health cases, Sickle cell warriors are a major focus in the foundation. The past week had us tending to the case of a standard beneficiary who had needed money for an injury treatment. The sum of ₦40,000 was sent to him to take care of his bills and help purchase some drugs.
Another ₦40,000 was disbursed to a family who wrote to us concerning procurement of foodstuffs on the 1st November.
A mother who had challenges with her sons school fees wrote to the foundation for assistance. Following every investigations, the sum of ₦100,000 was disbursed for her child’s fees and she was indeed grateful for the support.
Some other cases are still pending as some recipient are yet to send in their contact for further investigations.
