It’s amazing how far we’ve come in a short time. The journey has not been easy but it is worth is.
The second week of October was a busy one as we had a couple of cases to handle from our mail box.
Following our usual weekly routine of tending to cases from beneficiaries, the sum of N47,000 was disbursed to three beneficiaries. These cases include: financial aid for school handouts and foodstuffs, money for course registration and feeding and funds for a child’s school fees. These monies were disbursed to cater for these needs and assist our recipients.
Also, the sum of N50,000 was given to a final year student who needed to finalise his school project in preparation for graduation. Following this request, N30,000 was spent on medical bills of a twin babies whose mother sought for help from the foundation.
Several other cases are pending and would be tended to once we establish contact with the recipients.
On last week’s episode on our blogpost, 5 powerful reasons why you should become a giver was shared. The number 5 would leave you amazed. Forgot to read up? Then click here for direction to the post.
On Saturday, the 16th of October was world food day and we urged people to feed a brother. It doesn’t matter how small it may seem. A little act of kindness is all it takes to make a life better.
We want to help more lives and feed more people. we urge well meaning Nigerians to come join forces with us in making the world a better place. Donate to us today and humanity will forever be grateful to you for this act of kindness.
Remember that nothing is too small to support charity.
