It is a known fact that the situation of our country has become more and more intolerable. From increased rate of unemployment and underemployment, to the incessant cries from hunger and starvation not forgetting the degradation in the educational system and bad health conditions. The list is absolutely endless.
It was in the middle of all these shenanigans that the Still I Rise Foundation was born. As a young organization, we were and is still keen on filling the lacuna created by the present-day economy that we could not turn blind eyes to the plight of the people that are in dire need of assistance.
The past one year has indeed been a year of impact. Hence, the theme: ONE YEAR OF IMPACT. Recall that our 6 months anniversary tagged #6MonthOfCharity featured empowerment as 6 recipients across 6 states were gifted sewing machines. While some aged people were blessed with food items and cash gifts.
Beginning from Monday, the 22nd of February, team members in Osun and Kogi states would be gifting 12 recipients who are cleaners (6 boxes per state) our Still I Rise gift boxes alongside other side attractions. Subsequently, all road leads to Abuja and Lagos states on the 24th to perform same ritual.
Yes, I called it a ritual because we at Still I Rise is known for unadulterated charity and this has become our ritual.
Wondering what can you do to support us?
Kindly remember that any penny donated to this foundation goes to charity. Therefore, be comfortable investing in charity cause by so doing, you’re helping someone and also securing your future. More than ever, we need your prayers and support. Always remember us anytime you pray and please preach us to the world while becoming an ambassador of the Still I Rise Foundation.
Never forget that we rise by lifting others up.
